Your job as a manager is to inspire your team and challenge them so to feel connected and engaged with the new direction. All else are just details that will take care of themselves. If you cannot inspire and challenge them then hire another manager or promote one from the team to that.

I tell them to act like adults. People give feedback that is negative more often than they give positive feedback. You need to hear both and action both appropriately. I don’t coddle them or appeal to their inner child, they are adults with a job. They need to do the right thing and respond to positive and negative feedback in an appropriate manner. Unfortunately most need help with that, but I have time for them because it makes me better, them better, and our organization better.

I will sit with team and understand why are they resisting it. After understanding the reasons, I will tell them the importance of feedback with some real life examples especially in my life. How it helped me improve and grow .

Lead by example and demonstrate receptivity to feedback You can use phrases like "I'm concerned that...", "Have you considered...", "I think we could improve...", "What do you think about...", "How can we work together...".
