Managing a new product direction requires aligning stakeholders on key goals early to handle conflicting feedback. Shared objectives provide a solid foundation for decision-making. Creating a feedback system ensures every voice is heard and highlights what matters most. Collecting and analyzing input clarifies common concerns and areas of agreement, leading to better decisions. Open discussions are vital for resolving differences. Structured meetings foster mutual understanding and teamwork. Prioritizing feedback based on its relevance and impact keeps the project on track. By staying focused on shared goals, using data to guide decisions, and encouraging collaboration, teams can manage stakeholder dynamics and achieve successful outcomes.

Conflicting stakeholder feedback? That’s not a problem - it’s an opportunity. The key is to separate noise from insight. I prioritize feedback that aligns with strategic goals, filters out opinion-driven distractions, and turns disagreements into innovation. Data-driven discussions replace endless debates. If someone pushes an idea, I ask: "What measurable impact will this have?" The best product decisions don’t come from consensus - they come from clarity. Keep the vision sharp, the execution agile, and the team focused. Leadership isn’t about making everyone happy - it’s about making the right decisions. If that means saying ‘no’ to powerful voices, so be it. The product wins. And when the product wins, everyone does.

O importante é manter a transparência e focar no objetivo comum.

First of all, it's important to properly collect this feedback to analyze it and determine what truly matters and what doesn’t. Every product has its limitations, and stakeholders don’t always take this into account, so it’s important to factor that in as well. In the most challenging situations, I recommend gathering feedback through surveys and personal interviews, then analyzing it both qualitatively and quantitatively. Through negotiations and data-driven insights, you can reach a common decision more quickly.
