What I learnt from my 15years It exp, leading around 100 member team, below are few tips I would share: - We need to build a sense of awareness in team, where everyone cares of the project, timelines. - The team which cares of client, company, other employees, will do whatever it takes to over come high pressure deadlines. - Strong technical competency shoudl be there in team, this needs to be proactively developed. - And when they are in tight deadlien pressure, as a manager you need to lead from the front, and try to give them as much comfort as you can make for them. thanks.

I know from experience that deadlines become stressful from 2 particular leader flaws 1. Not taking into account current team workload but taking on more anyway. 2. not keeping team informed. Both will lead to tight deadlines and high pressure. If you’re not doing #1, you will overwhelm. As a strategic leader, you must prioritize workload for your team and stakeholders, set realistic goals, and get resources necessary to make your deadline. People get “car sick” when they focus in and don’t see the distance (not doing #2). If you’re not keeping your team informed. It’s the same effect. Always, be as transparent as possible about all projects and deadlines, remove blockers. Do this for your team and watch them succeed.

5 Easy Steps: 1. Communicate Clearly: Ensure everyone knows their roles and goals. 2. Prioritize Tasks: Focus on the most critical tasks first. 3. Encourage Breaks: Promote regular breaks to recharge. 4. Show Appreciation: Recognize and reward hard work. 5. Be Supportive: Offer help and show empathy.

Be with them to serve them. Take all the non-value-add tasks off their plate. If you’ve set up an in person “war room”, be the one too, get coffee or snacks or lunch for the team. Also consider that breaks can be essential. Be sure that every hour or two there is at least five minutes to stretch or breathe, or unwind in someway. Plus, share your appreciation for your team members for the people they are. In addition to the work that they do.
