There is one thing that always works: "motivation". Now this motivation could be monetary or a reward but most specifically, I am referring to a good convincing talk/speech. Yes, a good one. Your team is probably feeling overwhelmed due to lack of passion, fear or the fact that there is actually a lot of work and lack of will-power. This is the time to remind them of the past glories, allay their fears and help them find the passion they need to get going.

Reidentificar tareas que se vinculan con las fortalezas de cada colaborador ?? Observar los picos de ansiedad/estrés de los colaboradores y disminuir la carga laboral

Se il mio team è già sommerso di task, innanzitutto prendo coscienza che ho sbagliato io qualcosa nella gestione delle priorità. Ma dovendolo risolvere procederei con: Scrivere ogni task assegnando un valore OGGETTIVO sulla priorità, il valore oggettivo mi viene dato da una data. spezzo ogni task in sottofasi più digeribili e mi accerto che ogni persona sappia cosa fare nel momento presente. Dopodichè vanno celebrati tutti i piccoli progressi. Infine organizzo nella settimana dei micro-meeting per monitorare i progressi e motivare il team, idealmente gli ultimi 15 minuti della giornata, cosi da pianificare il giorno dopo e non rallentarli durante il giorno. Se conosco bene il team durante il giorno li motivo sul loro bisogno specifico
