The supply chain is a process that works depending on whether the company is industrial or commercial with the different stakeholders. Like all processes, it is modifiable, even if in general the main lines make disagreements in the logistical follow-up. The best solution is to put in place a procedure based on the company's priorities, the KPIs and the values that the company advocates, which will be respected by all stakeholders in the chain. Secondary activities will be managed by managers or team leaders for the achievement of the company's common objectives.
