The fastest and most effective way for me to realign my teams with new objectives is to gather everyone for a meeting where I present the context, the decisions made, the stakes, and the new goals. I determine the approach in advance and communicate my strategy during the meeting. It's crucial to give everyone time to express their feelings and ask the necessary questions to understand and embrace the strategy. When there’s more time, I prefer to work in workshops, encouraging my team members to come up with solutions themselves. I believe it’s important to get everyone thinking about how we can achieve these objectives to take ownership of and commit to the goal.
