Firstly, the quality department should have a robust standard and procedure regarding quality inspections in each step of productions. secondly, these standards and procedures should be understood by design and manufacturing department. thirdly, to keep all department aligned with the quality standard and procedures, all department should have a join periodical meeting and updates so that all quality aspects and requirement can be aligned with design and manufacturing processes.
