There are good reasons for the fear of AI in the workplace. AI is indeed changing everything. However, being afraid of the change won't stop the technology from progressing. It is coming. Some applications of these innovations will have incredibly good effects. Some of them will be awful. If you aren't in the arena, then you will have little choice in what happens to you. if you have a legitimate concern, you can fight the negative effects. But only if you embrace what's happening. Learn. Do something with your knowledge.

In my experience, in many instances, the fear of the unknown - not knowing how to use the new AI technology, not knowing how it can be helpful, not knowing the efficiency gains or benefits one may get - leads to resistance. Removing the unknowns by demonstrating the technology's benefits and teaching the team how to use the technology can be a step toward overcoming our team members' apprehensions about using the new AI technology. Also, open dialogue that allows team members to express their concerns is important.
