When a team starts to fall behind, I focus on creating an environment of support rather than blame. Once, during a product rollout, I introduced a system where each team member had to present a quick daily update on their progress during stand-ups. This made everyone more aware of the collective goals and how individual tasks fit into the larger picture. Instead of micromanaging, I gave them the freedom to troubleshoot within their areas, but kept them aligned through regular milestone reviews. It encouraged accountability organically and gave room for proactive course corrections without the pressure.

Promover a Responsabilidade: Incentivar comunica??o aberta, delegar autoridade e reconhecer o bom desempenho.

When team members fall behind, it’s essential to address the issue early with a private conversation to understand the reasons. Reiterate the importance of their role and set clear, realistic expectations for moving forward. Offering support, whether through resources or guidance, ensures they feel equipped to meet deadlines. Regular check-ins help monitor progress and keep things on track without micromanaging. Encouraging ownership of their tasks empowers them to stay accountable, while open communication and a focus on collaboration foster a productive, positive team environment.

?? First, I would schedule a one-on-one meeting with each team member to understand any challenges they might be facing and to offer support. ?? Next, I would review and clarify expectations, setting clear and achievable milestones to ensure everyone is aligned with the project goals. ?? I would also implement regular progress check-ins to monitor task completion and provide feedback. ?? Additionally, I’d encourage open communication and collaboration within the team to foster a supportive environment. ?? Finally, if necessary, I would consider redistributing tasks or resources to better manage the workload and keep the project on track.
