consider reallocating some of their tasks to other team members who may have more capacity. This redistribution can help alleviate pressure without delaying the overall project timeline. Ensure that this process is collaborative; involve the affected team member in discussions about which tasks could be reassigned.

Highlight the importance of people and culture by fostering a supportive environment where team members feel valued and can openly communicate their needs. Acknowledge their stress and encourage them to take a short break to recharge. Redistribute some of their tasks among the team, ensuring no one is overwhelmed. This approach not only helps the individual recover but also strengthens team cohesion and resilience, ultimately benefiting the project's success and the workplace culture.
