There are few options i would suggest: 1. Validate if “growth is necessary” (that’s right, it can actually harm whole organization to misbalance part of value stream unintentionally) 2. Confirm and share business needs with team 3. Make a new contact together and work with people on Personal Development Plans 4. Set up checkpoints with each teammate and clarify what would be the consequences if business expectations will not met reality. 5. Iterate and adapt
