When my team has to learn new skills, I like to use pair programming. This is a way for two developers to work together on one task using one computer. It’s not about writing code. They talk, plan, and help each other think of better ideas. I’ve seen that teams using old programming methods can get slower. This happens because bad code builds up over time. But with pair programming, the two programmers share their ideas. This leads to better code and helps them finish tasks faster. Pair programming also helps everyone learn from each other. It stops knowledge from being stuck in one person’s head. When my team works together, they feel more confident about new challenges.
