To win the team over for quality control changes: 1. Explain the "Why": Show the importance and benefits. 2. Involve the team: Engage them in discussions early. 3. Show results: Share success stories from similar changes. 4. Provide support: Offer proper training and resources. 5. Address concerns: Listen to feedback and provide solutions. 6. Show quick wins: Demonstrate early improvements. 7. Lead by example: Embrace the changes yourself. 8. Reward efforts: Recognize those who adapt quickly.

Clearly explain the '6 honest serving men' -who, what,why, when, where and how (if you can't, the change isn't ready). For each factor communicate the benefit, risk and potential impact (agin if you can't, it isn't ready). Allow time for feedback, consideration and constructive communication. Until this process is complete you will not have buy-in. Be prepared, to adjust, amend or even withdraw the change, nothing is perfect first time (there is a difference between right and perfect), and be prepared for the 1 in a million that doesn't fit, they are common. Listen to the users, adapt; being rigid is a turn-off for everyone, give ownership where it belongs.
