Diverse working styles can either fuel productivity or stall it in my experience. It all comes down to how communication flows on a daily basis between teams. When teams understand each other’s approaches and seek clarity when they are unsure, collaboration should start to be evident. If you are a leader, step back and focus on alignment. Create space and time for conversations, respect, and shared goals. When everyone is clear on the "why," productivity naturally follows I believe... NETWORK LEARN GROW ??

Most team members are productive when fostering their own working style in a cohesive environment. As a manager identifying the scope of the same is the primary goal. If the task is a highly regulated business, constant involvement with the team is inevitable.
