Feature Development holds one of the highest priorities in the entire Software Development arena as this lifts the organization to the next level but when coming to bugs, these are the existing features that are in production which end-user is being used live in their day to day life. Now, Which needs to be prioritized? It does not comes with the priority either new feature or bugs in the existing features. It's both new features and bugs because if we don't focus on bugs which might drastically reduce the user base of the system and the same goes for new features as well if don't upgrade the system with new feature again the user base is going to reduce. So, prioritize both, work on it which will create an impact in the system.

Feature and bug work should be paired together. The best time to address bugs is during a project, not as a stand-alone bug bash. What bugs are getting in the way of the current feature development? Is now a good time to refactor in order to fix long-standing code quality issues? Are there bugs that can be fixed as part of this project that will make feature development in future projects easier? Linking bug fixes to the success of the current project helps draw down technical debt without making bug fixes seem like a chore. Their resolution is a significant milestone to completing the project rather than a task to be delayed in favor of green field development.
