Já lidero equipas vencedoras há muitos anos e tenho regras basilares para todos os recursos humanos (novos e antigos). - Felicidade = Produtividade - N?o há heróis. Uma Equipa è uma Unidade organica, è um ser vivo que depende de todos os elementos. Usualmente numa Base quase diária temos tempo de Rir. Haja falta de Recursos Humanos e temos de organizar fun??es em fun??o disso. Todos têm de dar mais um pouco. Temos de sofrer em prol da Equipa. Muito importante e a n?o descurar è o horário de saída. Sempre a horas decentes. A família è importante. Se estivermos bem em casa no trabalho iremos sempre estar bem também.
