Une chose que j’ai trouvé géniale lorsque j’ai piloté des équipes de gestion en assurances collectives, c’est d’avoir la possibilité de faire des mini challenges avec cadeaux (à mon initiative) à chaque palier atteint. Le fait aussi d’avoir la possibilité de proposer aux chargés de gestion de travailler les week-ends et d’être rémunérés en heures supplémentaires… cela motive !
