Ask open-ended questions to encourage detailed responses and ensure everyone feels heard. This step is crucial for identifying the root causes of disagreement and gauging the diversity of opinions within the team. By addressing these concerns individually, I was able to devise solutions that were inclusive and respectful of all viewpoints. Understanding individual concerns allows you to address them effectively and work towards a solution that respects everyone’s viewpoints. It also builds trust and openness within the team.
