Novamente penso que isso é ferramental. Por vezes, resolvemos um problema por meio de um simples diálogo, outras vezes usamos inteligência artificial, algoritmos, e outras inova??es. Saber utilizar o melhor que está disponível para a solu??o do problema é fator chave para uma resolu??o mais efetiva. Saber pesquisar alternativas, entender o contexto, definir a raiz do problema s?o mais importantes do que saber se utilizaremos uma calculadora ou o sistema mais avan?ado de cálculo.
