Level of information and knowledge cannot be the same, however, data discussion, workshops and training sessions are recommended in finding common grounds in bridging the difference amongst M&E team. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary team is very crucial so that each individual might learn as to what are collecting, when and where ( understand data dimensions)

Revisit the project objectives and decide in accordance with what you have agreed to deliver, the analysis should be comprehensive to serve the needs of the project not to match opinions. Discuss with the team members, stick with the facts and remain impartial, the goal is to deliver with the best possible and efficient way that will support and reinforce the intergity of the results and deliver high quality outcomes not to argue over the way you will achieve this.
