In 27 years as a professional coach, I have ever heard of coaching by committee. Sounds like it's not coaching at all. Coaching is not a predetermined act, with a predetermined approach. Coaching happens in real time in real live conversations. The question indicates a fundamental misunderstanding and misrepresentation of what coaching is. The approach suggested is consulting not coaching.
