First thing to really reflect on: is this merely a symptom of a larger underlying problem? There could be many issues causing this conflict and I would ask questions - 1. Are we aligned on the larger business goals? 2. Do we all have the same view of the role of AI in the overall business strategy? 3. Do we have an alignment on the strategic priorities to begin with? 4. Do we all have the same understanding of the capabilities and RoI from investments in AI? The solution depends on the answers you obtain. Before coming up with solutions, let's first truly identify the problem. Solving them becomes much easier. :) As Abraham Lincoln once said, "if I had 6 hours to fell a tree, I would spend the first four sharpening the axe."

Encourage the open discussion with the views... I always start such dialogues with asking each team members to write their ideas on piece of paper. Make sure they write atleast 5-6 ideas each before you encourage the discussion. As a leader we have to facilitate discussion with an open mind and don't share your inputs first because that will influence their thought process. Keep open mind and encourage wild ideas... Then drive those ideas towards the key result and outcome you have that defines your success...' In conclusion, embrace the conflicting opinions...
