Personalize the Impact Show how cybersecurity practices can help employees protect their personal digital lives. Teach them how to secure their home networks, personal accounts, and devices. Recognize and Reward Security Champions Identify and reward employees who take security seriously and demonstrate excellence. By creating a culture where cybersecurity awareness is celebrated, others will be encouraged to follow.
