Um dos lapsos mais comuns em Portugal no processo educativo é a falta de avalia??o prévia e levantamento de necessidades. Dentro de uma escola o responsável deverá compreender quais os principais pontos chave que deverá trabalhar com os seus professores, o que será uma mais valia nos diferentes processos educativos e ouvir todos os interessados. A partir do momento em que se verifica estas necessidades (muitas vezes os recursos existem, só n?o sabem é ser usados) pode-se avan?ar para a fase da implementa??o.

Pela minha experiência, sugiro iniciar com a transparência e o diálogo. Primeiro, listar os recursos disponíveis e apresentar aos educadores; no diálogo, identificar quais s?o aqueles interessados em aprofundar, pensar projetos e novas possibilidades com os recursos existentes. Também, com eles, listar novas necessidades, analisando o que é possível adquirir. Na medida em que as a??es forem avan?ando, realizar partilha de boas práticas para inspirar e capacitar outros docentes. E, com eles, ir pensando nas prioridades de novos investimentos.

Professores bem formados e envolvidos no seu processo de aprendizagem, tornam-se melhores professores.
