If someone is doubting the ceremonies, just like any situation, ask why! They may have constructive feedback. I’ve seen some ceremonies run terribly and/or inefficiently and don’t blame the skeptics that were subjected to poor leadership. At the same time, there is tried and true value in the ceremonies so if you can’t speak to each one, speak to an expert who can help you make the case. Many years of observing and coaching helped me feel confident in all ceremonies because I was able to test under various conditions.

Entender cuál es la postura de los grupos de interes, y el por qué dudan de las ceremonias. Quizás el equipo ágil no entiende el propósito y no están sacando el provecho que se espera. Luego de revisar y corregir, ir explicando los avances a los grupos de interés. Ser pragmático y lograr resultados para ir comprando confianza.
