Establish your median performance for recent content on your recurring formats (last 90 days, exclude anything older - algorithms shift all the time). 3. Keep the top recurring formats, cut the worst performers. 4. Cycle in new formats to replace the worst performers. 5. Re-test once you have 10+ posts on the new formats. Rinse and repeat.

You have to really understand how things work on each platform to succeed. You really need this. Example, long horizontal videos work very well on YouTube, but not Instagram, hashtags works well on Twitter and Instagram, but doesn't work well on Facebook. Different needs for different platforms.

You're creating and maintaining connections with people in your community. 2. You're able to turn your comments into posts of your own to fuel your content creation machine. Content creation and community engagement are the yin and yang of social. Strike a balance between both and good things will happen.

Don't compete, instead collaborate... This is the best formula I have learned so far... But when you collaborate with others, make sure that you are doing less and with amazing people... Study their brand, and audience so that you both can relate to them otherwise, it will be like shooting an arrow in the dark. Make sure that the collab is beneficial to both of you.
