If your SEO isn't driving the results you want, it's time to reassess and adjust. To turn the tide:
- Reevaluate keywords. Ensure they're relevant, targeted, and have adequate search volume.
- Optimize content for user intent. Align your content with what users are actually searching for.
- Analyze competitors. Understand their strategies to identify what they're doing differently or better.

I’d conduct a thorough SEO audit to identify weaknesses, focusing on keyword optimization and improving site speed. Additionally, creating high-quality, relevant content and building backlinks can help enhance our search visibility significantly.

To improve your SEO (search engine optimisation) performance, follow these steps: 1.Audit Your Current Digital Strategy: Identify what’s working and what’s not by analyzing your website’s performance and SEO metrics. 2.Keyword Optimization: Update your keyword strategy to target high-intent, relevant keywords. 3.Digital Content Quality: Create high-quality, engaging content that addresses user needs and incorporates targeted keywords. 4.Technical SEO: Improve website speed, mobile-friendliness, and fix any technical issues. 5.Backlink Building: Earn backlinks from authoritative sites to boost your site’s credibility. 6.Monitor and Adjust: Regularly track your SEO performance and adjust your Digital strategy as needed.

Make sure that SEO isn't your only plan. While it tends to attract good quality traffic, it's passive marketing in that people have to do a search to find you. Add other more proactive channels such as ads, email and social media so that if SEO becomes less successful, you still have other ways of acquiring visitors.

SEO is ever changing as the algorithms get more and more complicated. The key is to stay true to your KPIs and success metrics when making iterative decisions so that decisions get made objectively. One of my favorite techniques is to utilize Google’s “People Also Ask” feature on a search results page so that you are keenly aware of what your prospects are actually searching for.
