No mundo atual, quando um ponto percentual na margem bruta, pode afetar o resultado da companhia, hoje as duas áreas tem que andar de m?os dadas, pois para um planejamento estratégico, tem que se levar em conta a combina??o de negócios com os resultados tributários. A Companhia teve unir as duas áreas para as tomadas de decis?es, promovendo encontros das duas áreas para debater os objetivos da Companhia. Para mim, que atuo a mais de 30 anos no varejo, vejo como essa uni?o hoje é primordial para a sobrevivência. Gosto muito de abortar esse assunto.
