This includes setting performance metrics, conducting performance reviews, setting clear goals, providing training and development, encouraging collaboration, allocating resources, addressing underperformance quickly, recognising and rewarding achievements, monitoring progress, and leading by example. These actions help the team improve, create objectives, and succeed. Skills and team culture can be improved through training and development. Underperformance should be addressed immediately and resources provided properly. Achievements can also be rewarded. Strategy monitoring and changes can assist the team reach its goals.

Your team isn't doing great at Robotics. How to check & improve? Define goals, track performance, analyze data, give feedback, & set new goals. Also, offer training, promote teamwork, reward good work, & ensure support. By doing this, you can help your team succeed. How do you check how they're doing & help them get better? You need to: figure out what 'doing great' means, keep track of how they're doing, look at the data to see what's going wrong, talk to them about how they can do better, & set goals for them to aim for. You also need to help them out when they need it, like giving them training or tools to help them do their job better. Make sure they have everything they need to do their job, & listen to any problems they might have.
