This case is been noticed in most remote work setup. Where trust is the major factor not only in work but also an importat key to build relation amongst employees. Its always better all team members understand their respective work and not interfare in others tasks while knowing they have a lot of pending work. "Help" should be meant as only "Help", and asking help on every task on daily basis creates miscommunication between other members too. Help must be asked only when its a priority and not always just because others have less work. Moreover, feedbacks are important for everyone as it clears multiple doubts, concerns, hence it builds transparency.
