Whatever the team actions look like, I believe it's part of how they are seeing their leaders and what actions they are do. Building a collaborative working environment is one of the main key points that organizations need to take care about it. Having multiple activities to engage the teams, keep them close, having multiple gaming activities to teach them how to collaborate and sharing knowledge and experience together which give the organizations a chance to be a cutting age organizations.
