Establish regular BREAKS or capacity limits! Offer different types of outings and breaks. Make these the highlight of the week or month! A game room online or in person, 1:1 get-to-know requirements and bonuses. Sports outings. Volunteering. Donation drives. Makerspaces. Spotlighting and connecting all of your people, even those who don't work together or in the same department. And also take some sort of personality assessment. I saw an HR leader present and connect who complements and is neutral to one another. And as you know, people are likely to leave or stay quiet with conflicting personalities or leadership to their own. Some people are introverted. It's not that they won't communicate, they just don't typically go first.

Mas eu lembro desses momentos com um sorriso no rosto. Mesmo remotamente, encontros virtuais para um café ou um happy hour s?o muito importantes para melhorar a comunica??o de uma equipe. N?o dá para manter apenas a comunica??o "funcional".
