Things can be done, before, during and after a project. -Before: always be prepared for the worst case scenario. Risk identification is extremely important before the project starts and will help mitigate any known issues. - During: clear and constant communication, both within the working team and with stakeholders. Being consistent in the communications will help avoid any misunderstanding and find new solutions to the delays being faced -After: Write up the Lessons Learned!
