A lot of times, terminology is a source of disconnect... often many different teams use terms differently. I use the example of Product Owner vs Business Analysts as titles for the same responsibilities. Or, grooming vs refinement. Ultimately, the current team needs to come together and decide on what interpretation of Agile will work best for the team, and differ to standardized terminology versus individual preference. We're trying to move a large number of people in a unified direction.

From what i have experienced with the team that celebrating individual and team success always helps to achieve more success We have a habit of making the best achiever in our team to be the leader of the team for one time in our weekly meetings. En Agile es común lidiar con este tipo de discrepancias, pero en mi experiencia, la clave para unir a un equipo de liderazgo dividido radica en realizar acciones formativas, fomentar la colaboración y el entendimiento mutuo. Primero, organizo un taller donde se revisan los principios ágiles y se discuten sus beneficios (brainwriting) a través de ejemplos concretos. Luego, abro un espacio para que cada líder exprese sus preocupaciones y perspectivas. Esto permite identificar áreas de convergencia.
