Your procurement department is in need of better contract management software. What are your options?

I am most interested in a software having complete record of my Contracts related with Procurement of goods, Civil Works, EPC Projects, Consultancy Services etc. having Complete record of my Company's Contracts, Participating Contractors, Winning contractors, their Performance with respect to Contract Commitments / Obligations etc. The Data should be available with a click / key word.

It is Useful for records on broader level for compliances. Contracts, Purchase orders and invoices should be secured. 3. Feedback, will help procurement team to negotiate better, cost, qty tenure and payment terms. Most important support on actual ground.

In my experience, a centralised repository improves security in contract filling and access by limiting the number of people that can access contracts based on job level, org section/dept and other organisation access dimensions. By having all the contracts in one place, a repository improves efficiency and document version control. It may also be configured to flag key deliverables and milestones to relevant contract/project stakeholders.

Avoir un logiciel de gestion qui gère la base de données permettrait à l'entreprise de travailler facilement et de gagner du temps surtout au niveau des formulaires à renseigner au niveau chaque dossier.

I belong to a Public Sector Organization and would be more interested to follow the Basic International Procurement Standards, Public Procurement Rules of my country, International Agencies Procurement guidelines (when working on contracts co-sponsored by my organization and IFIs / DFIs etc. All the activities should comply with my requirements.

The Vendors should be registered with Procurement management System of my Organization and I should not require Pre-qualification before going for tendering.

All my system should be scalable with Vendors of all items from a simple Paper-Pin to a Heavy Complex Machine (Cranes etc.) The Vendors with their codes and list of material, services with each Service Master data historical Price Indices should also be available on just a click away.
