It is always very imprtant to have good alternate options. It is obvious to have more than one supplier for any item. Being proactive, we can access & convey the situation to internal customers and arrange the delivery from already established soruce. To keep alive all the suppliers for single items is crucial in order to enable them perform immediate action on 11th hour.
