Do a thorough KASH audit of every sales person: Knowledge, Attitude, Habits & Skills including their team leaders for their respective roles & responsibilities. 2. Based on this identify the training and skilling needs. 3. Provide consistent training - classroom and on field. 4. Their Leaders must lead by demonstration, not just preaching or demanding. 5. Use OKRs for building trust, transparency, ownership and feeling of involvement in the team members. 7. Review the progress and deviations on weekly & monthly basis. 6. Recognize the achievers. 7. Replace non-performers.
