We can offer solutions that can help them overcome obstacles without compromising the quality of the content. We must also evaluate the strategy's effectiveness and adjust continuously as needed. Most importantly, we should always keep the lines of communication open and work collaboratively to achieve our goals.

I would add that it is important to add a retrospective element to your strategies. Dialogue, expectations, and incentives are all processes that require empathy and tact. If best practices aren't followed, it is easy to slip into a dynamic of trying to control or assert power against the influencer, which could go awry. - Reflect on how far you have come together. What were the best parts of the journey, what needs work? - Why did the strategy succeed when it did, and why is there a struggle now? Is the strategy working for both parties? - How might both parties learn from this situation so that strategy can be improved? - What external pressures are influencing productivity? Can resources be allocated to relieve external influences?
