One suggestion is to ensure that there is common language when speaking about the change. What is it that you want to embed into the culture language For example, if you are rolling out EOS, the word “traction” should be used when speaking about outcomes, or “Level 10” meetings when planning and communicating expected outcomes from meetings.

It is a crucial trait for growth in healthcare, as it allows us to approach problems and challenges with the open mind of a student and a willingness to learn. Never believe you know too much already to learn something new. Engage with formal and informal nursing leaders where you work. If a certain leadership roles interest you, asks the person in that current role what certificate is valuable to have or what speciality courses you would need to obtain to be able to do this role.
