Preparing 52 Week PPM schedule in advance & closely tracking with a look ahead schedule for each quarter will ensure punctual deliveries of vendors. By implementing the stringent contract conditions IFMs or one FMs will stick the schedule and track their vendor deliveries on time. Ex.KPI evaluation and rating the FM agencies monthly performance and deducting the fee from billing. Also, penalty clauses in the contact for skipping the activities to control. Also, for all critical equipment, it is always suggestable to have CAMCs with OEMs rather AMC with non-OEM vendor. This will reduce time for procurement in case of critical spare replacements. Sometimes, we can also have alternate vendors as fall-back options.

Streamline access control procedures for the vendors by establishing classes in the credentialing system, background checks depending on your facility security policies for those recurring personnel, and educate your staff on who vendors are, what their credentials look like, and when to expect them. These shall remove roadblocks to getting deliveries where they need on time!
