Some event agenda changes are going to impact the audience more than others. If they have to be in different places or spaces, or major components are radically shifting--that's an impact you want to deal with because you've probably published a broad agenda beforehand. Changes within a component itself (i.e. radical shifts of speakers, content, etc. within a general session) can be minimized by keeping an agenda minutiae-free. Attendees should get a general sense of when big chunks are (general session goes here, breakouts go here), but there's no need to go into by-the-minute detail. (And there's no need to share this information way beforehand, when you know changes are going to be coming, either.)

De acuerdo con la experiencia vivida, es importante tener más de un plan para cada evento, además de planificar y ponerse en el lugar de varias cosas e inconvenientes que podrían suceder, a veces responsabilidad de la producción general, otras de algún proveedor. Es probable y siempre está la posibilidad, que el cliente note algún cambio en la agenda, la idea creo, es demostrarle con argumentos, que ese cambio, fue para mejorar la experiencia de los asistentes, importante que no sea solucionar un incendio ni algo de urgencia, si no que al tener ya meditadas soluciones para diversas situaciones que pidiesen ocurrir, es mas fácil satisfacer a la mayoría de los involucrados.
