I recently experienced a rescue event while facing issues with my VPN. The expert tech team used the LogMeIn Rescue tool to assist me during this event. I noticed a streamlined process without any interruptions, even during the restarting phase.

One of the softwares I used to assist in remote troubleshooting is end point central by Management Engine it allows you to to make registry changes or changes via code without actually requiring to remote onto the end users pc. And in doing so helps not interfere with work flows

In this situation, use Zoom screen-share while having a resolution session to troubleshoot the issue. If n organization has other screen-sharing tools, they will also serve the purpose. It is much easier to display the issue via a screen, then trying to only explain it on a call.

I feel alleviated on major problems when an ongoing problem is being announced about on a central communication channel such as Teams. Helps with peace of mind for realtime updates.
