They created different bingo cards and gave them out to every employee. On the cards, they had things like certain sales numbers being hit, and orders fulfilled. They also had fun internal things, like number of jokes made, people in the warehouse, etc. This was a great way to organize everyone toward common goals in a fun, culture building way. Showing that even though there can be crunch time, it's important to the company, it's something to rally behind, and is temporary.
