In this case, having open conversation w.o judgement is the key yo come to a common understanding of the challenges and next steps to resolve them. Keep it simple! Treat humans as humans!

Also, priorities to be clear for the team members so that everyone knows what’s next. 3. If the target date is tight and team members are going above and beyond they definitely deserve a bonus, they need to know that a bonus is on the way.
