One of the things that has helped my team in the past, has been to ensure that employees have access to training, prior to using any new tools, and at least being aware of them. Having a variety of hands-on trainings and understanding of the tools through workshops, webinars, trainings helps employees work through any hurdles while they are working within the tool. Another way we have trained employees, is by having cross-platform tool access with our partners, which allows our employee and team to access more tools, either by being a user/contributor, without our agency having the tool itself in use.
