I think the biggest challenge with staying focused on copywriting isn’t just interruptions, but mental fatigue. What works for me: - Pre-Writing Rituals: Before I start, I outline key points so as to reduce hesitation. - Deep Work Sessions: I use the 90-minute rule to write in focused bursts, then take a short break. - The “Do Not Disturb”: I physically remove distractions—phone on silent, notifications off etc. - Sound Triggers: Also, sometimes white noise helps drown out background chatter and keep me in the zone. - Task Batching: Instead of writing and editing at the same time, I separate them. I genuinely believe that the key is to create a routine that signals my brain: "It’s time to write, uninterrupted."

Here’s what works for me: 1. Gratitude practice: Before diving in, I jot down three things I’m grateful for. It clears my mind and sets a positive tone for my work. 2. Noise-canceling headphones: They’re perfect for shutting out distractions and creating my own focus bubble. 3. Task batching: Grouping similar tasks together—like brainstorming or editing—helps me stay in the same mental groove. 4. Set mini deadlines: Even for small tasks, it keeps me motivated and on track.

As an ADHDer, staying focused is an all-time challenge, let alone when you're constantly interrupted. Here's what works for me: - Get used to flow states bound by a time block. - Ask others to write what they want and wait for your time block to finish. - Put yourself in deep work mode by wearing headphones, isolating yourself, etc. If you condition yourself and others, you'll see that the number of interruptions will decrease as time goes by. Also, you'll see that your "focusing" muscles will grow and you'll be able to focus with more depth and length.

I think interruption is a welcomed break from constantly fiddling with one topic. If I am unable to crack an email piece for 2 hours, I'd be happy to take a break with a carousel post

As a parent, I experience this a lot. But you gotta do what you gotta do, right? But anyway, what I do is I play my favorite music while I work. This kinda helps me get back in "focus mode". Sometimes I also use shorter timeblocks to hyperfocus on my work while trying to finish everything I can within that fast timeframe. Hope this helps.
