Normally, 3 reasons for ignoring safety protocols: 1) carelessness, 2) over-confidence 3) downright stupid. Hence, need to get them for a serious briefing session. Get to the bottom of it. Why do they practise these UNSAFE act? And if you are the superior, give them an ultimatum! Come to work safely, work safely and go back home safely! Full stop.
