Cada proceso es un espacio único donde el crecimiento personal y profesional de mis clientes toma diferentes formas. No hay un enfoque rígido o único que funcione para todos. Mi experiencia en psicología positiva me ha ense?ado que la clave para una transformación efectiva es la flexibilidad, algo que valoro profundamente. Cuando un cliente muestra resistencia, lo veo como una oportunidad para reexaminar el proceso, hacer ajustes y, sobre todo, escuchar activamente sus preocupaciones y expectativas. La resistencia puede indicar que ciertos aspectos del coaching no están resonando de manera óptima. En lugar de forzar un método, exploro nuevas vías que se alineen mejor con las necesidades y fortalezas individuales del cliente.

When a client questions your coaching style, it’s an opportunity to grow, not just a challenge. I’ve experienced this before—sometimes your approach doesn’t fully resonate with a client’s unique needs. The first step is to listen. Understand their concerns, ask open-ended questions, and acknowledge their perspective. From there, I adapt by adjusting my communication or strategy to suit their style without losing my core principles. Flexibility is key. Coaching is never one-size-fits-all, and by showing a willingness to evolve, you strengthen the relationship and create deeper impact.

Lorsque votre style de coaching est remis en question, commencez par accueillir le feedback avec ouverture. Customize your style by incorporating techniques that resonate with them—whether that means more structured feedback, goal-setting, or hands-on problem-solving. Regularly check in with them to ensure progress and satisfaction, fostering a collaborative coaching relationship built on trust and mutual growth.
