First of all, generally photographers should see weather forecast for the photography sessions. Because he or she should know about light conditions. May be photographers need a ND filters to reduce light intensity in snowy weather for instance. But if it is not forecasted in any case the first thing I can do is taking photos in bad weather condition as a natural special effects!

To ensure the client’s expectations are met despite weather-related disruptions, I would proactively monitor forecasts and plan for contingencies. This includes securing backup indoor locations, adjusting schedules in advance, and ensuring all necessary resources are available for an alternative setup. Backup location scouting is also very important for photography jobs. Additionally, clear and timely communication with the client about potential changes helps manage their expectations and maintain trust. By staying flexible and prepared, I can minimize delays and ensure a smooth, high-quality shoot regardless of weather conditions.
