What I learnt from my 15years It exp, leading around 100 member team, below are few tips I would share: 1. Put focus on project scope, & estimating on time needed to complete those tasks. 2. Based on the team's bandwidth, confirm to clients how much work can actually be accomplished by what time. 3. Give regular progress updates to client. 4. If things are getting delayed and you expect, it might not meet the deadline, then inform to client proactively. 5. If the team is working slow, then we need to push the team, and get necessary changes to meet the deadlines With this mostly things shoudl go peaceful.

Provide a Clear Action Plan ?? Share a revised action plan with steps to address each concern, including timelines and milestones. This shows commitment to realigning with their expectations. 3. Commit to Regular Updates?? Schedule consistent updates to keep the client informed of progress, demonstrating transparency and rebuilding trust through proactive communication.

Improve Communication – Suggest regular updates and set measurable benchmarks. Follow Up Consistently – Regular check-ins show commitment to improvement. Engage in Co-Creation – Turn feedback into a collaborative effort, aligning the project more closely with their vision.
